Every organisation is faced with 'change' and these changes need to be managed through the structure and delivery of projects and programmes.  In our experience these approaches are often under developed with confused or non existent processes and structures with a lack of governance and senior buy in. Your business may be considering employing external consultants or training organisations to deliver change on your behalf and although this may be effective in the short term the skills and approaches are rarely transferred into the business therefore making it difficult and costly to manage any future change!

We will spend time reviewing your existing approach  to Portfolio, Programme and Project Management throughout your organisation.  At a high level this will focus on your PEOPLE, your PROCESSES, your STRUCTURES and your APPROACH to change

 

We will then use this information and map it to our base framework to create a gap analysis.  Our Base Framework provides a core and consistent set of requirements to manage change.

 

We will produce an improvement plan outlining proposed improvements to achieve the base capability at each level of change (Portfolio, Programme & Project)

The Change Academy is focused on working with organisations to develop capabilities and structures to manage change internally.  We believe that change can and should be managed from the inside of an organisation utilising existing teams and structures.

 

We are not a traditional project or programme managment consultancy or training organisation.  We will not give you a certificate or manage your projects for you but we will bring our expertise and experience to enable your organiation to improve across all three change levels;

PROGRAMME - Delivery of outcomes and benefits driven by your strategic objectives

 

PROJECT - Delivery of outputs that contribute to programme outcomes

 

We believe that change, as outlined above should be robust, consistent and streamlined managed by appropriately skilled internal resources and in alignment with a corporate approach that delivers objectives, realises benefits and has the flexibility to maximise investment and resources.
